Nuveen Preferred and Income Term Fund is a close ended balanced mutual fund launched by Nuveen Investments, Inc. The fund is co-managed by Nuveen Fund Advisors LLC and Nuveen Asset Management, LLC. It employs fundamental and quantitative analysis, with focus a on bottom-up fundamental credit research to create its portfolio. The fund benchmarks the performance of its portfolio against the Bank of America/Merrill Lynch Preferred Stock Fixed Rate Index.
