You can also pick SEC Form 8-K under Filters on the SEC Filings feed. ### What is the difference between Coverage Initiated and Coverage Reiterated? Coverage Initiated means a firm has started covering a stock for the first time. Coverage Reiterated means a firm that already covers the stock repeats its rating. ### Can I get alerts for a single SEC form type?
