An item that hits the wire at 9:30:00 appears for free users at about 9:33:00. On Plus the same item appears within seconds of reaching Quantisnow. On a free account the live stream may also pause after a few new items arrive and show an upgrade prompt; reload the page to catch up.

## How to upgrade to Plus

1. Sign in, or create a free account at [/signup](https://www.quantisnow.com/signup).
2. Go to [/pricing](https://www.quantisnow.com/pricing) and choose Plus.
3. Enter your card at checkout. Promo codes are accepted there.
4. Once payment completes, the feed switches to real time and the **Channels** toggles in each ticker's alert menu on [/follows](https://www.quantisnow.com/follows) become available.

## Billing terms
