## How to subscribe to Plus

1. Create a free account at [/signup](https://www.quantisnow.com/signup), or sign in. After signing up you land on [/pricing](https://www.quantisnow.com/pricing).
2. On [/pricing](https://www.quantisnow.com/pricing), choose Plus. You can also click **Upgrade** under **Billing** in [/settings](https://www.quantisnow.com/settings).
3. Complete Stripe checkout. If you have a promo code, enter it there.

3. The Stripe billing portal opens. Update your payment method or download past invoices there.

## How to cancel Plus

1. Go to [/settings](https://www.quantisnow.com/settings).
2. Under **Billing**, click **Manage billing**.
3. In the Stripe portal, cancel your subscription.

You keep full Plus access until the end of the cycle you already paid for. After that your account drops back to free: feeds return to the 3-minute delay and alert delivery stops.

## Refunds

Subscriptions are non-refundable, monthly or yearly, including partial periods and unused time. When you cancel you are not charged again, but the current month or year is not refunded.
