- /top/market-cap ranks the 200 largest companies Quantisnow tracks by market capitalization.
- Over 20 event lists (analyst moves, insider buys, dividends, buybacks, splits, M&A, offerings, FDA catalysts, delisting notices) cover the last 30 days, with monthly archives at /top/<list>/<yyyy>/<mm>, yearly pages at /top/<list>/<yyyy> and RSS at /top/<list>/rss.xml.
- Dense lists also have sector pages at /top/<list>/sector/<sector>, and /top/most-shorted and /top/most-followed rank companies.

Top lists are quick roundups of what is moving on the wire. Start at [/top](https://www.quantisnow.com/top), which links to every list below plus related browsing pages such as sectors, exchanges and the short volume screener.

## Ranked lists

These lists are ordered by a metric, not by time.

| List | URL | What drives the ranking | Size |
|---|---|---|---|
| Top trending insights (24h) | [/top/trending](https://www.quantisnow.com/top/trending) | Live view count on Quantisnow over the last 24 hours | 50 stories |
| Most-active companies | [/top/active-companies](https://www.quantisnow.com/top/active-companies) | Number of newsitems mentioning the company over the last 30 days, across press releases, SEC filings, FDA news, analyst ratings and insider trading | 100 companies |
| Largest companies by market cap | [/top/market-cap](https://www.quantisnow.com/top/market-cap) | Market capitalization | 200 companies |
| Short volume screener | [/screener/short-volume](https://www.quantisnow.com/screener/short-volume) | FINRA daily short % (or another sort you choose) | 100 rows |

Trending updates every few minutes. Most-active and market cap are refreshed periodically through the day. The short volume screener has its own page: [Short volume screener](https://www.quantisnow.com/docs/short-volume-screener).

### What "trending" means

Trending measures what Quantisnow readers open, not price movement. A story ranks high because many people are reading it right now. It is a useful way to spot the news other traders are paying attention to, but it is not a signal on its own.

### What "most active" means

Most-active counts how often a company hits the wire. A company with a burst of filings, ratings changes and press releases will climb even if its share price is flat. Click any ticker to open its [company page](https://www.quantisnow.com/docs/company-pages).

## Event lists

Each event list collects one kind of wire event. The main page covers the last 30 days (60 or 90 days for rarer events), and opens with a one-line summary: how many events, how many companies, which tickers had the most and the busiest day.

Price target lists are ranked by the size of the revision; every other event list is newest first. Each row links to the source item and to the company page.

### Monthly archives

Every event list except SEC filings has a page per calendar month, for example [/top/insider-purchases/2026/10](https://www.quantisnow.com/top/insider-purchases/2026/10). Archives go back 24 months, link to the previous and next month, and never change once the month has closed.

### Year in review

Lists that can be counted month by month also have a yearly page, for example [/top/analyst-upgrades/2025](https://www.quantisnow.com/top/analyst-upgrades/2025). It shows the total for the year, a bar for each month linking to that month's archive, and the 25 companies with the most events.

### RSS feeds

Every event list has an RSS feed of its last 30 days at /top/<list>/rss.xml, for example [/top/insider-purchases/rss.xml](https://www.quantisnow.com/top/insider-purchases/rss.xml).

### Sector cuts

Dense lists (analyst moves, insider purchases, dividend increases, CEO and CFO changes, M&A and offerings) also have a page per sector covering the last 90 days (linked once a sector has at least 5 events), for example [/top/analyst-upgrades/sector/technology](https://www.quantisnow.com/top/analyst-upgrades/sector/technology).
