    Comment for Type of Reporting Person:  As of March 31, 2025, Mr. Gelfond's beneficial ownership in IMAX common shares was 4.54%, a decrease of 1.12% compared to his last 13G reporting. (In previous calendar quarters, the change in Mr. Gelfond's beneficial ownership was less than 1%, so no 13G amendment was required.) The decrease in his beneficial ownership was primarily due to the expiration of 894,320 options (426,695 options granted on February 21, 2014, which expired on February 21, 2024 and the expiration of 467,625 options granted on January 5, 2015, which expired on January 5, 2025).
