Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On May 21, 2025, APi Group Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing, among other things, certain long-term financial targets and a dividend of one-half of one share of common stock for each share of common stock held of record as of the close of business on June 16, 2024. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1.
