On April 30, 2025, the Company issued a press release announcing that it plans to explore strategic alternatives and has hired Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. to serve as exclusive financial advisor to assist in the strategic evaluation. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
