    1. The reporting person is voluntarily reporting the acquisition of these shares pursuant to the Issuer's 2018 Employee Share Purchase Plan for the purchase period of January 16, 2025 to July 15, 2025. The acquisition of these shares was exempt pursuant to Rule 16b-3(e).
    2. This transaction was effected pursuant to a 10b5-1 plan executed by the reporting person on July 24, 2024.
    3. This transaction was executed in multiple trades through a broker-dealer at prices ranging between $32.01 and $32.895. The price reported in this column reflects a weighted average sales price.
