The Board of Directors of FedEx Corp. (NYSE:FDX) today approved an increase in the annual dividend rate on FedEx Corp. common stock of 5%, or $0.28 per share, to $5.80 per share for fiscal 2026 in line with the company's continued focus on delivering stockholder value. The Board today also declared a quarterly cash dividend of $1.45 per share on FedEx Corp. common stock. The dividend is payable July 8, 2025 to stockholders of record at the close of business on June 23, 2025.
