Departure of Chief Legal and Administrative Officer and Corporate Secretary
Effective June 26, 2025, Mary L. Frontczak ceased to serve as Chief Legal and Administrative Officer and Corporate Secretary of Compass Minerals International, Inc. (the “Company”). James D. Hughes has assumed the role of General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of the Company on an interim basis.
