Item 8.01 Other Events.
On April 28, 2025, Contineum Therapeutics, Inc. (the “Company”) appointed Timothy Watkins, M.D. M.Sc., as its Chief Medical Officer and Head of Development, effective immediately. A copy of the press release announcing Dr. Watkins’s appointment is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
