With this win, Dana has earned 10 PACE Awards throughout the program's history, including two PACE Innovation Partnership Awards, and has been named a finalist 26 times.

Dana's Graziano modular high-performance hybrid 8-speed dual clutch transmission (DCT) is unparalleled in its market segment. Suitable for applications of 1,000-horsepower or more, this mid-engine, super-sportscar transmission platform includes both transversal and longitudinal variants.

The first-of-its-kind transversal layout enables class-leading power- and torque-density performance. The best-in-class package enables improved vehicle weight distribution and reduced wheelbase.

"Dana's hybrid 8-speed DCT platform is designed for performance and adaptability," said Seth Metzger, chief technology officer and senior vice president for Dana. "The architecture allows for numerous operating modes that enable OEMs to create a remarkable driving experience for customers, all in a best-in-class package."

The 30th annual PACE Awards, presented by Automotive News, recognize automotive suppliers for superior innovation, technological advancement, and business performance. The competition was open to suppliers that contribute products, processes, materials, or services directly to the manufacture of cars or trucks. The Automotive News PACE Award is accepted around the world as the industry benchmark for innovation. Dana earned this coveted award following an extensive review by an independent panel of judges, including a comprehensive written application and an in-person site visit.

"For 30 years, the PACE program has celebrated cutting-edge innovations that have shaped the automotive industry on a global level," said Jamie Butters, executive editor of Automotive News. "The companies on this year's list have pioneered significant technologies that will continue to propel the industry forward."
