| 2. The number of shares beneficially owned reflects the transfer of 356 shares of Class A Common Stock from the Reporting Person to the Mark Carges Revocable Trust dtd 1/30/19 (the "Trust"). The Reporting Person is a trustee and beneficiary of the Trust, and may be deemed to share voting and dispositive power with regard to the reported shares held by the Trust. |
