Item 8.01. Other Events.
From May 30, 2025 through June 3, 2025, D-Wave Quantum Inc. (the “Company”) received proceeds in the aggregate amount of approximately $15.3 million in connection with the exercise of approximately 1.33 million warrants to purchase shares of the Company’s common stock with an exercise price of $11.50 per warrant. As previously disclosed, on May 29, 2025, the Company also received proceeds in the aggregate amount of approximately $80.5 million in connection with the exercise of approximately 7.0 million warrants to purchase shares of the Company’s common stock with an exercise price of $11.50 per warrant. These warrants were assumed by the Company in conjunction with the August 5, 2022 merger with DPCM Capital, Inc.
