On March 31, 2025, Enveric Biosciences, Inc. issued a press release providing a corporate update and announcing its financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended December 31, 2024. A copy of this press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference.
