Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On May 27, 2025, Evolus, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that Sandra Beaver had informed the Company of her decision to voluntarily resign from her position as the Chief Financial Officer, effective as of June 13, 2025, to pursue another opportunity.
Mrs. Beaver's submission of her voluntary resignation on May 23, 2025 was not due to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company's operations, policies, or practices, including any accounting principles and practices, or related to any financial statements or disclosures.
Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On May 27, 2025, the Company issued a press release announcing the voluntary resignation of Mrs. Beaver. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
