The Directors of Helmerich & Payne, Inc. (the "Company"), at a Board of Directors meeting held on June 3, 2025, declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.25 per share on the Company's common stock, payable on August 29, 2025, to stockholders of record at the close of business August 15, 2025.
