On August 12, 2025, Intapp, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that its Board of Directors has authorized a common stock repurchase program of up to $150 million. Under the repurchase program, the Company may purchase shares of common stock from time to time through open market repurchases, privately negotiated transactions or other means, including through Rule 10b5-1 trading plans or through the use of other techniques. Our stock repurchase program does not have an expiration date. The timing and number of shares repurchased will depend on a variety of factors, including stock price, trading volume, and general business and market conditions. The repurchase program does not obligate the Company to repurchase any of its common stock. A copy of the press release announcing the common stock repurchase program is furnished hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
