On May 27, 2025, KULR Technology Group, Inc. (the “Company” or “KULR”) issued a press release announcing it is set to join the broad-market Russell 3000® Index, effective after the United States market opens on June 30, as part of the 2025 Russell indexes reconstitution..
A copy of the press release is attached herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
