On March 13, 2025, Mach Natural Resources LP (the “Company”) issued a press release (the “Press Release”) providing information on its results of operations and financial condition and reserves for the year ended December 31, 2024. The press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
