On March 5, 2025, Miller Industries, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release (the “Earnings Release”) announcing its financial results for the fiscal fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2024. A copy of the Earnings Release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
