On March 8, 2025, the Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") Enforcement Staff provided notice to Mitek Systems, Inc. (the "Company"), through the Company's external counsel, that the SEC Enforcement Staff had concluded their investigation and, based on the information available to them as of the date of their letter, the SEC Enforcement Staff do not intend to recommend an enforcement action by the SEC against the Company.
