Chief Financial Officer Transition
On March 19, 2025, Nabors Industries Ltd. (the “Company”) announced that William Restrepo, the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, will transition from his role and retire as Chief Financial Officer on September 30, 2025. Mr. Restrepo will continue to serve in his position as Chief Financial Officer until such date.
As part of a planned leadership succession, it is expected that Miguel Rodriguez, Nabors' Senior Vice President of Finance Operations, will transition into the role of the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, upon Mr. Restrepo’s retirement on September 30, 2025.
