On April 22, 2025, Orrstown Financial Services, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release to report earnings for the quarter ended March 31, 2025.

In connection with the press release announcing the Company’s quarter earnings, the Company posted an investor presentation to its website at www.orrstown.com. The Board of Directors of the Company declared a cash dividend of $0.26 per common share, payable May 13, 2025 to shareholders of record as of May 6, 2025.
