On May 14, 2025, PDS Biotechnology Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing an update to its clinical programs and its financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2025. The Company is furnishing a copy of the press release, which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
