Material Agreement

As previously disclosed, on August 6, 2025, Fast Track Events Pte Ltd, the operating subsidiary of the Company, was engaged by a customer to provide event management services in a contract agreement (the “Service Agreement”). In November 2025, the Company successfully completed the Service Agreement.

On November 17, 2025, the Company issued a press release announcing the completion of the Service Agreement. The full text of the Press Release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 6-K.
