On January 27, 2021, the registrant held its annual general meeting of shareholders in Beijing, China. At the meeting, the registrant’s shareholders elected Charles Zhang, Xiaochuan Wang, Yu Yin, Joanna Lu, Bin Gao, Janice Lee, and Jinmei He to serve on the registrant’s Board of Directors until the next annual general meeting of shareholders. In addition, the shareholders ratified the appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers Zhong Tian LLP as the registrant’s independent auditors for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2020.
