On May 20, 2025, NaaS Technology Inc. (the “Company”) received a delinquency letter (the “Letter”) from the Listing Qualifications Department of The Nasdaq Stock Market (“Nasdaq”) notifying the Company that it is not in compliance with Nasdaq’s Listing Rule 5250(c)(1) due to the Company’s failure to file its Form 20-F for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2024 with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The Company issued a press release relating to the foregoing, which is attached to this Form 6-K as Exhibit 99.1.
