    CALGARY, Alberta, Aug. 22, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Cenovus Energy Inc. (TSX:CVE) (NYSE:CVE) today announced that it has entered into a definitive arrangement agreement to acquire MEG Energy Corp.
