Sky Harbour Group to Ring Closing Bell at the NYSE to Mark Uplisting and 3rd Anniversary as a Public Company; Announces Investor Conference Schedule for First Half of 2025
Sky Harbour Group Corporation (NYSE:SKYH, SKYH WS)) ("SHG" or the "Company"), an aviation infrastructure company building the first nationwide network of Home-Basing campuses for business aircraft, announced today that the Company will be ringing the Closing bell on Tuesday, January 28th at the New York Stock Exchange ("NYSE") to celebrate its uplisting to the NYSE from the NYSE American and its 3rd anniversary as a public company. The Company's stock and warrants will begin trading at the NYSE at the opening of trading on Monday January 27th.
The company additionally announced its investor conference schedule for the first half of 2025.
