The partnership will empower thousands of Sonida employees to transform care for nearly 10,000 residents. Sonida communities will rely on August Health to support proactive care strategies, benefiting from a range of modern capabilities such as intelligent care and documentation workflows, pioneering resident insights and streamlined compliance management.
Transitioning to August Health is a strategic move for Sonida as it builds on its 30% portfolio growth in 2024 and prepares for continued expansion.
