On January 27, 2025, VSee Health, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing a contract renewal of approximately $870K with a nationwide provider of mental and behavioral healthcare services. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
