On May 2, 2025, WisdomTree, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the three months ended March 31, 2025. A copy of the press release containing this information is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
