Aramark (NYSE:ARMK) today announced the pricing of the previously announced underwritten secondary offering (the "Offering") of 21,262,245 shares of its common stock offered for sale by a selling stockholder that is a counterparty to a derivative sale agreement with an affiliate of Mantle Ridge LP at a public offering price of $39.75 per share. Aramark is not selling any shares of its common stock in the Offering and will not receive any proceeds from the Offering.
