(NYSE: MQY), the requisite votes of shareholders of MQY have approved the reorganization of each of MHE, MZA, BlackRock Maryland Municipal Bond Trust (NYSE: BZM), BlackRock MuniYield Investment Fund (NYSE: MYF) and BlackRock MuniEnhanced Fund, Inc.
