Amphenol Corporation Completes Acquisition of OWN and DAS Businesses From CommScope
Amphenol Corporation (NYSE:APH) today announced it had completed the acquisition of CommScope's (NASDAQ:COMM) Outdoor Wireless Networks (OWN) and Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) businesses.
