(NYSE: CRL) announced today that it has closed its previously announced offering of $500 million in aggregate principal amount of its 3.750% senior notes due 2029 (the “2029 notes”) and $500 million in aggregate principal amount of its 4.000% senior notes due 2031 (the “2031 notes” and, together with the 2029 notes, the “notes”) in an unregistered offering.
