(NASDAQ:FIP) (the "Company" or "FIP") announced today that it has completed the acquisition of AP Shale Logistics ManagementCo LLC, doing business as Tidewater Logistics ("Tidewater"), a barge and rail transloading company with operations in Ohio, West Virginia, and Texas.
