(the "Company" or "TOP Ships") (NYSE:TOPS), an international owner and operator of modern, fuel-efficient "ECO" tanker vessels, today announced its financial results for the six months ended June 30, 2026. The Company reported net income of $6.5 million, revenues of $25.5 million, EBITDA of $17.2 million and net cash provided by operating activities of $11.1 million. Basic and diluted earnings per common share were $0.68 and $0.61, respectively.
