Veracyte Acquires Convergent Genomics, Expanding its Urology Diagnostics Portfolio with a Urinary Tumor DNA Testing Platform

The acquisition adds Convergent Genomics’ UroAmp platform, including its proprietary urinary tumor DNA (utDNA) technology, to Veracyte’s product portfolio.
