WisdomTree Interest Rate Hedged U.S. Aggregate Bond Fund

The investment seeks to track the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the Bloomberg Barclays Rate Hedged U.S. Aggregate Bond Index, Zero Duration (the "index"). The index is designed to provide long exposure to the Bloomberg Barclays U.S. Aggregate Bond Index while seeking to manage interest rate risk through the use of short positions in U.S. Treasury securities. The fund normally invests at least 80% of its total assets in the component securities of the index and investments that have economic characteristics that are substantially identical to the economic characteristics of such component securities. It is non-diversified.

The fund is co-managed by Pacific Investment Management Company LLC. It invests in fixed income markets across the globe. The fund utilizes a dynamic asset allocation approach and seeks to invest in multiple fixed-income sectors in the global credit markets, including corporate debt, mortgage-related and other asset-backed securities, government and sovereign debt, taxable municipal bonds and other fixed, variable and floating rate income producing securities. It benchmarks the performance of its portfolio against a combined benchmark comprised of 80% Barclays Investment Grade Index and 20% BofA High Yield Index. The fund was formerly known as PIMCO Dynamic Credit Income Fund. PIMCO Dynamic Credit and Mortgage Income Fund was formed on January 31, 2013 and is domiciled in the United States.
