The investment seeks to provide long-term capital appreciation with capital preservation as a secondary objective. The fund is an actively managed exchange-traded fund ("ETF") that is primarily a "fund of funds." The Advisor seeks to achieve it's investment objective by investing in ETFs that invest primarily in domestic large capitalization equity securities. The fund invests in fixed income ETFs with a short or ultra-short duration, money market funds, cash and cash equivalents ("Defensive Investments"). It may invest in affiliated and unaffiliated ETFs. Under normal circumstances, the fund invests at least 80% of its net assets in U.S. investments.

PIMCO Dynamic Credit and Mortgage Income Fund is a closed end fixed income mutual fund launched and managed by Allianz Global Investors Fund Management LLC. The fund is co-managed by Pacific Investment Management Company LLC. It invests in fixed income markets across the globe. The fund utilizes a dynamic asset allocation approach and seeks to invest in multiple fixed-income sectors in the global credit markets, including corporate debt, mortgage-related and other asset-backed securities, government and sovereign debt, taxable municipal bonds and other fixed, variable and floating rate income producing securities. It benchmarks the performance of its portfolio against a combined benchmark comprised of 80% Barclays Investment Grade Index and 20% BofA High Yield Index. The fund was formerly known as PIMCO Dynamic Credit Income Fund. PIMCO Dynamic Credit and Mortgage Income Fund was formed on January 31, 2013 and is domiciled in the United States.
