Cboe Global Markets, Inc., through its subsidiaries, operates as an options exchange worldwide. It operates through five segments: Options, North American Equities, Futures, European Equities, and Global FX. The Options segment trades in listed market indices. The North American Equities segment trades in listed U.S. and Canadian equities; and offers exchange-traded products (ETP) transaction and ETP listing services. The Futures segment trades in futures. The investment seeks to provide investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the Solactive Telemedicine & Digital Health Index. The index is designed to provide exposure to exchange-listed companies that are positioned to benefit from further advances in the field of telemedicine and digital health, as well as applications thereof (collectively, "Telemedicine & Digital Health Companies"), as defined by Solactive AG, the provider of the index. The Adviser uses a "passive" or indexing approach to try to achieve the fund's investment objective. The fund is non-diversified.
