The fund invests in the public equity markets of the United States. It seeks to invest in stocks of companies operating across diversified sectors. The fund primarily invests in stocks of large-cap companies. It also writes call options on one or more U.S. indices on a substantial portion of the value of its common stock portfolio. The fund benchmarks the performance of its portfolio against the S&P 500 Index. Eaton Vance Tax-Managed Buy-Write Income Fund was formed on April 29, 2005 and is domiciled in the United States.

In addition, this segment provides banking products and services, including checking and savings accounts, first lien residential real estate mortgage loans, home equity lines of credit, and pledged asset lines; and trust services comprising trust custody services, personal trust reporting services, and administrative trustee services. The company serves individuals and institutional clients in the United States, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the United Kingdom, Hong Kong, and Singapore. The Charles Schwab Corporation was incorporated in 1971 and is headquartered in Westlake, Texas.
