It also provides chartering and management services. Flex LNG Ltd. was incorporated in 2006 and is based in Hamilton, Bermuda.

It operates through three segments: Ingalls Shipbuilding, Newport News Shipbuilding, and Technical Solutions. Huntington Ingalls Industries, Inc. was founded in 1886 and is headquartered in Newport News, Virginia.
