First Trust Dorsey Wright International Focus 5 ETF

The investment seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield (before fees and expenses) of an index called the Dorsey Wright International Focus Five Index. The fund will normally invest at least 90% of its net assets (including investment borrowings) in the ETFs that comprise the index. The index is designed to provide targeted exposure to the five First Trust country/region-based ETFs that the index provider believes offer the greatest potential to outperform the other ETFs in the selection universe.

PIMCO Dynamic Credit and Mortgage Income Fund is a closed end fixed income mutual fund launched and managed by Allianz Global Investors Fund Management LLC. The fund is co-managed by Pacific Investment Management Company LLC. It invests in fixed income markets across the globe. The fund utilizes a dynamic asset allocation approach and seeks to invest in multiple fixed-income sectors in the global credit markets, including corporate debt, mortgage-related and other asset-backed securities, government and sovereign debt, taxable municipal bonds and other fixed, variable and floating rate income producing securities. It benchmarks the performance of its portfolio against a combined benchmark comprised of 80% Barclays Investment Grade Index and 20% BofA High Yield Index. The fund was formerly known as PIMCO Dynamic Credit Income Fund. PIMCO Dynamic Credit and Mortgage Income Fund was formed on January 31, 2013 and is domiciled in the United States.
