The company was formerly known as Kraft Foods Inc. and changed its name to Mondelez International, Inc. in October 2012. Mondelez International, Inc. was incorporated in 2000 and is based in Chicago, Illinois.

Oatly Group AB, an oatmilk company, provides a range of plant-based dairy products made from oats in Sweden.
