It operates through five segments: Options, North American Equities, Futures, European Equities, and Global FX. The Options segment trades in listed market indices. The North American Equities segment trades in listed U.S. and Canadian equities; and offers exchange-traded products (ETP) transaction and ETP listing services. The Futures segment trades in futures. The European Equities segment offers pan-European listed equities transaction services, ETPs, exchange-traded commodities, and international depository receipts, as well as ETP listings and clearing services. The investment seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield (before the fund's fees and expenses) of an equity index called the Nasdaq Riskalyze US Large Cap Select Dividend Index (the "index"). The fund will normally invest at least 90% of its net assets (including investment borrowings) in the common stocks and real estate investment trusts ("REITs") that comprise the index. The index is designed to select dividend-paying securities issued by U.S. companies to create a diversified portfolio offering an above-average yield.
