It also sells its devices to dealers and other third party distributors for resale through independent third-party retail outlets and various third-party websites. As of December 31, 2020, it operated approximately 108,000 macro towers and 69,000 small cell/distributed antenna system sites; and approximately 3,400 T-Mobile and Metro by T-Mobile retail locations, including stores and kiosks. The company was founded in 1994 and is headquartered in Bellevue, Washington.

Additionally, it's platform-as-a-service/ software-as-a-service offers modules, such as customer relationship management, operations and business support system, and SIM card enterprise resource planning and management. The company was incorporated in 2014 and is headquartered in Kowloon, Hong Kong.
